Product description:
LUSIN® ALRO OL 152 is an allround release agent for processing thermo-plastics. It is based on fatty oils and additives. LUSIN® ALRO OL 152 is suitable for temperatures up to 150°C.
Other characteristics include:
− extremely thin separating film
− excellent separating and sliding effect as well as high pressure absorption capacity
− long service life (several release cycles are possible)
− Secondary treatment is possible, e.g. painting,printing, glueing (compatibility test required)
Application:
Release agent for processing thermoplastic materials(e.g. PE, PS, PVD, PA, etc.) by injection moulding if a thin separating film is required.
Apply a thin film to the clean moulds, especially to edges and undercuts.
Note:
We recommend a compatibility test prior to secondary treatment. If the separating film is too thick(„over-lubrication“), flowmarks may appear after secondary treatment. Release agent residues can be easily removed with water containing some LUSIN®CLEAN W 81.
