Product description:
LUSIN® ALRO OL 154 is a silicone free release agent for processing of thermoplastics and duromers. It is based on special fatty oils and additives.
LUSIN® ALRO OL 154 is suitable for use at mould temperatures up to 150 °C.
Special properties:
- excellent release and slip effect
- long cycle times – multiple demould
- finishing processes such as painting, printing and bonding are possible. Preliminary testing is recommended.
Application:
As a release agent for thermoplastics and duromers.
Apply a fine film to the clean mould taking particular care to cover properly edges and undercuts. The work area should be well ventilated.
Note:
Too generous application of the spray can lead to streaking of parts and difficulty in finishing.
Release agent residues can be removed easily with water and a dash of cleaner such as LUSIN® CLEAN W 81.
